The Township of Georgian Bluffs has launched the Strategic Plan and Vision 2050 survey, starting today. This survey is the next step in our ongoing efforts to gather community input for shaping the future of our Township.
Starting May 29th through to late June, a randomly-selected telephone survey of 400 residents will take place to landline and cell phones in the Georgian Bluffs area. The telephone survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete, and the results will provide statistically representative data based on the most recent census. Interested community members can also take the survey online at engagegb.ca/stratplan, or pick up a hardcopy at the Township office or community centres.
“This survey is an important tool for us to understand the priorities and vision of our community,” says Chief Administrative Officer, Niall Lobley. “We are committed to involving our residents in the planning process to ensure that the Strategic Plan reflects the collective aspirations and needs of all the diverse communities that call Georgian Bluffs home.”
We invite all residents to share their thoughts and help shape the vision for Georgian Bluffs as we look towards 2050. Your input will guide the decisions made by the Township's Council and staff over the next five to twenty-five years.
