Why the Upgrade Is Important

• Water meters have a lifespan of about 20 years and need to be replaced to keep readings accurate.

• New meters allow for easier, more efficient readings.

• Upgrading helps ensure fair and correct billing for everyone.

What You Need to Do

Book your appointment right away with Neptune. Technicians are working in your area now for a limited time.

Go to watermeterappt.com to book. You'll need your reference number from the letter you received.

What to Expect

• Appointments take 30 to 90 minutes.

• Your water will be shut off for a short time during the visit.

• Appointments are available:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Before Your Appointment

Please make sure:

• Your water meter is accessible (at least 16” wide x 16” high space).

• Your main shutoff valve is easy to reach and works properly.

• An adult (18+) is home for the full appointment.

Missed a Visit?

If you received a door hanger or a final notice, it means we still need to hear from you. Please contact Neptune within 24 hours to book your appointment. If you’ve already booked, you can ignore any further reminders.

Penalties for Not Participating

This upgrade is mandatory. If you don’t book your appointment, you may face penalties, including possible water service disconnection.
