The Manager of Customer Service & Communications is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Township’s customer service function and related communications activities. This position leads the delivery of responsive, accessible and consistent service to residents, businesses, visitors and internal contacts across all customer contract channels, while also overseeing corporate communications, public information and digital customer-facing content.
