Find Your Flow in Georgian Bluffs with Yoga in the Park

This summer, Georgian Bluffs is rolling out the mat for Yoga in the Park, a new series of free outdoor yoga sessions designed to get residents moving, breathing, and enjoying the fresh air.

Join local instructor Julie Bradley-Low from Stonegrove Wellness Studio for a relaxed, welcoming hour of yoga in the fresh air. Whether you’ve done yoga for years or you’re just curious to try it out, this is a chance to stretch, slow down, and enjoy the peaceful setting of Sarawak Family Park. It’s all about moving your body, taking a breath, and spending a little time outside with your community.

Session Dates Include:

  • Sunday, June 22
  • Sunday, July 13
  • Sunday, July 27
  • Sunday, August 10
  • Sunday, August 24
  • Sunday, September 7

All Sessions begin at 10:30 AM.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, water, and anything else they need to feel comfortable. A small number of extra mats will be available for those without one. Admission is free or by donation – just show up and join in!

Carpooling is encouraged to help reduce our environmental impact and make the most of limited parking at the park.

Yoga in the Park is part of the Township’s continued efforts to offer welcoming, active, and community-focused programming that makes the most of Georgian Bluffs’ outdoor spaces. Thank you to our 2025 Community Sponsors, Hutten & Co. Land and Shore and EH!tel for supporting Georgian Bluffs community events and initiatives.

Come solo, bring a friend, or make it a Sunday ritual, you’ll leave feeling a little more grounded. Come join us for Yoga in the Park!
