Notice: Surface Treatment on Concession 24

Surface treatment work will take place on Concession 24 between Centre Road and Zion Church Road during the next two weeks, weather permitting. The 6.2-kilometre stretch of roadway will receive a single surface treatment to help strengthen and preserve the road for long-term use.

This treatment builds on previous improvements completed in 2023 and supports the Township’s goal of maintaining safe and reliable roads across the community. The upcoming work is part of a coordinated effort to extend the life of the road surface, with contributions from the Township’s Surface Treatment Preservation Program.

Walker Construction will carry out the work, with traffic management measures in place throughout the project. During this time, you might experience some noise, dust, and temporary diversions. Efforts will be made to keep these disruptions to a minimum. Local access to private properties will be maintained at all times.

Please obey posted signage, follow the direction of traffic control personnel, and plan for minor delays during the work period. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we continue to invest in local infrastructure.
