The Township of Georgian Bluffs has adopted a Corporate Climate Action Plan (CorCAP) to guide how the municipality will reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and adapt to the impacts of a changing climate. 

Georgian Bluffs contracts Waste Management to provide a curbside collection service for common household waste that can be recycled, as well as common household garbage that cannot be recycled.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and climate action, the Township of Georgian Bluffs is rolling out a growing network of public Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations across the community.

Breathe new life into your belongings! The Georgian Bluffs Climate Action Team (GBCAT), driven by passionate local volunteers, has started a Repair Café, hosted at the Library in Owen Sound.
