Georgian Bluffs Yoga in the Park Returns for Another Season of Peace and Presence

Another summer season, another yoga flow in the Bluffs! Georgian Bluffs’ Yoga in the Park is rolling out the mat for another season at Sarawak Family Park. All ages and abilities are encouraged to join us for this series of free outdoor yoga sessions designed to get residents moving, breathing, and enjoying the fresh air.

Join local instructor Julie Bradley-Low from Stonegrove Wellness Studio for a relaxed, welcoming hour of yoga by the water. Whether you’ve done yoga for years or you’re just curious to try it out, this is a chance to stretch, slow down, and enjoy the peaceful, shoreside setting of Sarawak Family Park. It’s all about moving your body, taking a breath, and spending a little time outside with your community.

Session Dates Include:

  • Sunday, June 21
  • Sunday, July 5
  • Sunday, July 19
  • Sunday, August 9
  • Sunday, August 23
  • Sunday, September 13

All Sessions begin at 10:30 AM.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, water, and anything else they need to feel comfortable. A small number of extra mats will be available for those without one. Admission is free or by donation – just show up and join in!

Carpooling is encouraged to help reduce our environmental impact and make the most of limited parking at Sarawak Family Park.
