Georgian Bluffs Hosts Outdoor Movie Night Featuring Despicable Me

Grab your overalls and goggles because the Minions are coming to Georgian Bluffs for another exciting Outdoor Movie Night. Families are invited to enjoy a free screening of the beloved animated hit Despicable Me on Friday, August 14 at the Balmy Beach Baseball Diamond.

The movie will begin at 9:00 p.m., or at sunset, offering residents and visitors the opportunity to enjoy a memorable evening of family-friendly entertainment under the stars.

Fans of Gru and his mischievous Minions are encouraged to come dressed as their favourite characters. As an added bonus, guests who arrive dressed as a Minion will win a banana prize.

From the unforgettable "Banana Song" to hilarious yellow sidekicks and the heartwarming story of a father who loves his girls, Despicable Me promises laughs and fun for audiences of all ages.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, bug spray, and their favourite movie snacks. Free popcorn will be available while supplies last, courtesy of community event sponsor Eh!Tel.
