Notice: Hydro One Electricity Meter Replacement Work in Georgian Bluffs

Hydro One would like to inform residents of Georgian Bluffs that in the coming weeks electricity meter replacement work will begin in the community.

Electricity meters play an essential role in delivering a reliable and dependable power supply. As electricity needs continue to grow, Hydro One is upgrading existing meters to help support future energy demands and modernize the electricity system. The new meters are expected to provide improved outage detection capabilities, helping to enable faster and more efficient power restoration in the future.

To complete this work, Hydro One's contractor, Honeywell, will be assisting with meter installations to ensure a smooth and efficient transition. There will be no cost to residents for the new meters or their installation.

Customers will receive direct notification from Hydro One prior to their meter replacement.
