2026-2027 Waste Collection Schedule
The new curbside collection schedule began July 6, 2026, when Georgian Bluffs switched from manual waste pickup to a cart-based collection system for garbage, recycling, and organics.

2026/27 Waste Collection Schedule
Copies of the 2026/27 Waste Collection Schedule are available Online (below) or in paper copies at the Township Office and Township community centres. They will also be mailed out with the upcoming tax bill at the end of July 2026. All copies of the new schedule include a curbside collection map.
It was originally communicated that Waste Management was mailing out hardcopies of the new collection schedule to residents by July 6. The company has updated the Township that they have not mailed hardcopies due to their commitment to reducing waste.
New Collection Days
As of July 6, 2026, the following waste collection schedule came into effect:
- Mondays – North Keppel
- Wednesdays – Sarawak
- Thursdays – Derby
- Fridays – South Keppel
