The Township of Georgian Bluffs is pleased to announce the unofficial results of the 2026 Municipal Election. The Township saw a 31.71% voter turnout, with 3,544 ballots cast of 11,177 eligible voters.

Enjoy a screening of Hotel Transylvania, the family-friendly, animated comedy where monsters of all kinds come together under one roof. Come have a monstrously good time with free admission and a complimentary concession stand, complete with fresh popcorn generously sponsored by Eh!Tel Networks, assorted snacks, and Halloween candy. Georgian Bluffs is calling all Ghostbusters! Join us for a pop-up Halloween Movie Night at Kemble Arena this Friday, October 9, 2026, from 6 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

Back by popular demand, Georgian Bluffs’ Second Annual Farm Crawl will take place on August 22, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Featuring six local farms, each stop offers its own unique experience from smelling delightful lavender fields to seeing a bison up close.

Grab your overalls and goggles because the Minions are coming to Georgian Bluffs for another exciting Outdoor Movie Night. Families are invited to enjoy a free screening of the beloved animated hit Despicable Me on Friday, August 14 at the Balmy Beach Baseball Diamond. 

The Township of Georgian Bluffs is inviting residents and visitors to enjoy a magical evening of family-friendly entertainment on Friday, July 31, at Shallow Lake Arena for an Outdoor Movie Night featuring the beloved classic film: The Princess Bride.

Georgian Bluffs Annual Canada Day Celebration at Big Bay dock is set to take place this year on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Residents and guests are invited to take part in the Georgian Bluffs Canada Day tradition of raising the Canadian flag, singing O Canada, and of course enjoying a free Canadian breakfast all on the Big Bay dock to start the holiday off right.

Game on in Georgian Bluffs! The Township is hosting the Annual Longest Day of Play Event at Shallow Lake Arena on June 21, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event is all about getting active, having fun, and trying new activities!
