Georgian Bluffs is excited to announce the final approval of View from the Top: Strategic Plan 2025–2030, marking a significant milestone in the community's journey towards a future of sustainable growth, inclusivity, and environmental stewardship.

Georgian Bluffs Council has approved the 2025 budget, with strategic investments in the infrastructure, community facilities, and essential services that matter most.

Waste Management have advised that collections were note completed on Monday, January 13th. The following areas were missed and will be collected on Wednesday January 15th. 

Waste Management has notified the Township of Georgian Bluffs that waste pickup for the Derby and Sarawak routes, regularly scheduled for Wednesday, January 8, has been rescheduled to Saturday, January 11, 2025.

The Significant Weather Event declared on January 2, 2025 has now ended. 

The Township of Georgian Bluffs has declared a significant weather event due to forecasted and/or observed weather conditions.

The sport of pickleball is growing fast in Georgian Bluffs and beyond. Pickleball is said to be the fastest growing sport in North America, and community members recognized the demand.

Due to weather delays, waste collection was missed in the following areas on Monday, December 23, 2024:

• Lakeview Drive
• Concession 3
• Francis Drive
• Concession 5A

The collection has been rescheduled for Saturday, December 28, 2024.
