Embrace winter in Georgian Bluffs with Free Ski Days at the Bruce Ski Club, returning in 2026 through a continued partnership between the Township and the Club.

Georgian Bluffs is bringing holiday cheer to the ice with a series of free public skates at the Shallow Lake Arena during the holiday season.

Georgian Bluffs is pleased to announce that Emery Bridge, located on Church Sideroad West in the former Township of Sarawak, has reopened following a full bridge replacement.

Due to winter weather conditions, waste collection will not be completed in parts of the Township today.

The 2026 Georgian Bluffs community calendars are now available at Township facilities and participating local businesses, featuring beautiful views, local charm, and plenty of furry friends.

Beginning January 1, 2026, the Province of Ontario will take full responsibility for managing Blue Box recycling collection across the province. Under this new producer-responsibility model, recycling collection for residential properties in Georgian Bluffs will continue as usual, however the change also brings a significant shift for non-residential properties.

Please be advised that Hydro One will be closing a section of Sideroad 6, from Concession 7 to Grey Road 3, on Saturday, November 29, from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to complete hydro pole replacements.

Winter is here, and Georgian Bluffs is ready to roll out the 2025–2026 Winter Operations Plan. With plows fueled, salt and sand stocked, and crews and contractors standing by, we’re prepared for whatever Mother Nature sends our way.

Georgian Bluffs is excited to share that the Bluffs Baskets are back just in time for the holiday season! After the community’s incredible support of the summer launch, the Township is thrilled to release a limited-edition Holiday Bluffs Basket, packed with festive charm and local flair.
